How do I use Omïa pads?
Use one pad daily on clean skin. Gently swipe across your face, leave the product on for 2–10 minutes, then rinse with water. Follow with a moisturizer.
If you have sensitive skin, rinse sooner and start with shorter application time to allow your skin to adjust.
How often should I use them?
Use one pad a day, morning or night, whichever fits your routine. For best results, let it sit for 2 to 10 minutes before rinsing.

We ship all orders directly from our partner warehouse to customers across Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and usually arrive within 48-72 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $7.70 Australia-wide. Enjoy free shipping on orders of $69.95 or more.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia but we’ll be expanding soon!
Returns & Refunds
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a return within 30 days of you receiving the product. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Simply contact us on our contact page on the website, and we will proceed with the refund.
Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
We go to great lengths to ensure every product arrives safe and sound, but sometimes shipping can be tough on packages.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
