How do I use Omïa pads?
Use one pad daily on clean skin. Gently swipe across your face, leave it on for 2–10 minutes for maximum results, then rinse with water. Follow with your moisturizer.
How often should I use them?
Use one pad a day, morning or night, whichever fits your routine. For best results, let it sit for 2 to 10 minutes before rinsing.

When will I see results?

We ship all orders directly from our partner warehouse to customers across Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Shipping is free Australia-wide on all orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia but we’ll be expanding soon!
Returns & Refunds
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a return within 30 days of you receiving the product. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?

What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
We go to great lengths to ensure every product arrives safe and sound, but sometimes shipping can be tough on packages.
