We are confident in the effectiveness of our Turmeric Pads. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned, even if opened and used
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
  • Limited to one use per customer

If after trying our pads you are not satisfied with the results, contact us at contact@omiaskin.com.au, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (defective product, incorrect item received), return costs are covered by Omïa Skin
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Process

  1. Return request
    Contact us by email at contact@omiaskin.com.au with your order number
  2. Validation
    Within 24 to 48 business hours, you will receive an email confirming whether your request is approved or not. If approved, we will provide instructions
  3. Return (if required)
    If a return is required, carefully package the product and send it back following our instructions
  4. Inspection
    Once received, we will review your request and proceed with the refund if applicable

If a return is required, the product must be sent within 30 days after approval. After this period, the return may be refused.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval, to the original payment method used at checkout.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to purchases made on our official website and does not apply to purchases made through third-party retailers.
